Burrito Sabanero
The colors and happiness of my country in this swiss army knife.

Represent Mexican culture in one anima, it also gives me the opportunity to represent the color and happiness of it.

Which animal(s) did you choose as a visual and why?

I choose a donkey because this animal is common known form Mexico, colors and forms also make part of my culture as you can see it in the shape of a piñata, an object that is used in parties, that's why it is so colorful because I wanted to represent the happiness of these country.

What culture or region does the animal stand for?

The donkey represents Mexican culture all around the world, it makes a relation between this animal and our country, because of this I´ve chose this animal.

What story does your design tell?

Even the design don´t show the environment of the animal, it shows the culture of Mexico. Colors and shapes are based on oldest cultures that make part of our history and culture.

What style did you choose for your design and why?

In the design I make reference on oldest cultures, you can find these type of design in artesanal things.

Please make sure you have filled out your country of origin in your profile! It’s important that the regional Victorinox team understands the cultural background of your design.
