Presenting Japan with it's specific architecture and Mount Fuji - Japan's highest mountain.
1/6

Solution

In the background there is Mount Fuji - Japan's highest mountain. In Japan it is worshiped as a sacred mountain. And then there is a typical japanese building which architecture is recognizable all over the world. The cherry blossom is another very popular thing associated with Japan. It is impossible to think of springtime Japan without an iconic image of a sea of cherry trees awash with perfect pink blooms instantly coming to mind. They are called Sakura and are big part of the japanese culture. In Japan the annual flowering of Sakura has been celebrated for centuries and symbolizes the beauty of life.

Which place, city and country is featured in your design? (place/city/country)

Mount Fuji/ Honshu Island/ Japan

Describe why you have chosen this place as a visual? What story does your design tell?

Mount Fuji is a well-known symbol of Japan and it is frequently depicted in art and photographs, as well as visited by sightseers and climbers. My design is presenting not only the mountain, but the whole country Japan. That is why I have chosen the cherry blossoms. They are not just pretty pink flowers: they are the floral embodiment of Japan’s most deep-rooted cultural and philosophical beliefs. Most of all they remind us to make every day feel like a new begining.
