Stonehenge - Day and night.
I wanted to represent what Stonehenge looks like through a starry sky at night and beautiful rays of sun.

I try to make surreal illustrations of landscapes and scenarios in particular, following the idea of places realistically in the midst of fantasy environments. I think it can be eye-catching for the color game I have used and Stonehenge in turn seems a very attractive place for its rich history.

Which place, city and country is featured in your design? (place/city/country)

Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, England, 2 miles (3 km) west of Amesbury and 8 miles (13 km) north of Salisbury.

Describe why you have chosen this place as a visual? What story does your design tell?

The extraordinary investment of time and human effort that required the consolidation of Stonehenge suggests that it was designed with a special purpose, and the interpretation most accepted at present in which it was a prehistoric ritual center aligned with the movement of the Sun. The alignment of Stonehenge with the summer solstice concludes that it should have been raised to host a ritual activity or seasonal festivals related to the observation of the Sun and possibly of the Moon.
