Solution

Two different views of the Sozopol location are presented on the two sides of the knife. I was interested in showing the recognizable Sozopol together with it's unique rocks, beach villas and the summer vibe. I wanted to keep my paper like style and incorporate vibrant beach colors.

Describe why you have chosen this place as a visual? What story does your design tell?

I have chosen Sozopol seaside town as my inspiration for this design since it is one of the most beautiful towns on the Black sea cost. It means even more to me since I go there every summer with dear friends and loved ones and always end up having an amazing time. Sozopol is an ancient seaside town and was founded in the 7th century BC. Apart from interesting history and legends, Sozopol is an amazing place that combines relaxation, beach life and parties.

Hello to all! My name is Ivelina and I am 26 years old. I live in Sofia, Bulgaria. My current occupation is that of Quality Assurance Engineer yet I have always been interested in graphic design, art and crafts and have created multiple art projects through the years. I created this design for Victorinox because the moment I saw the assignment I knew I absolutelly HAD to represent as much of my amazing, beautiful country as I possibly could. I was going for a design featuring elements of paper.
