Copenhagen Waterfront
The design shows 2 colorful waterfront views from Copenhagen, Denmark.

The design shows an emblematic waterfront view of Copenhagen - the colourful houses lined up in rows overlooking the canal with its fishing boats. The silhouette of Rosenborg Castle can also be seen in the distance. The back continues the sea theme with another emblematic and beautiful piece of architecture - the Oresund bridge.

Which place, city and country is featured in your design? (place/city/country)

Nyhavn - thecolorful Copenhagen waterfront with Rosenborg Castle in the far and the Little Mermaid from Andersen's tale gazing at the city/front/ and Oresund Bridge/back/ in Copenhagen, Denmark

Describe why you have chosen this place as a visual? What story does your design tell?

As a child I was bread with the tales of Andersen, always beautiful and often sad. The one that fascinated me the most was the tale of the Little Mermaid who left the sea for her love. The design shows the city of this beautiful tale - the waterfront with its colourful houses and Rosenborg Castle in the far. The Little Mermaid is also there, gazing at the city and longing for a human soul.
