The colors of the houses of Nyhavn are complemented with the cultural heritage of Copenhagen.

Solution

I re-created in an illustration form the houses of Nyhavn for the front. In the back, I wanted to tell a little bit of the story of Copenhagen by incorporating the viking heritage, the boats that know rest in the dock of Nyhavn, and the little mermaid in a form different to a statue.

I chose Nyhavn in Copenhagen, Denmark

Describe why you have chosen this place as a visual? What story does your design tell?

The colors of houses in Nyhavn make a beautiful contrast with the colors of the city (the clouds, the ocean and the rest of the buildings). The environment in Nyhavn is warm and it makes a beautiful landscape by the ocean.

Hello! My name is Alejandra and I am 23 years old. I live in Mexico city and I'm still student in Communication and digital media. I created this design for Victorinox because I loved the landscape that the houses of Nyhavn make. The colors of that part of the city, combined with the cultural heritage, make Copenhagen on of my favorite cities.
