My idea presents the most characteristic elements of Metepec "Pueblo Mágico" (magic town).

Solution

In the front I present the most recognized church in the town known as "El Calvario" and in the back a synthesis of the most known craft "Árbol de la vida", recognized all over the world, that has on each different presentation (depending on the artisan that crafts it) the most detailed and beautiful clay pieces that tell the stories of the beautiful country that is Mexico, as well as the story of the creation of the human king (in a religious way).

This place is the womb of the "arbor de la vida" craft, famous all over the world and as Mexican as the tricolor flag.

Hello! My name Paola Osornio and I am 21 years old. I live in Toluca, México where I study Industrial Design and have been developing my career for 2 years. I created this design for Victorinox because I think Mexican crafts are something valued all over the world and have a special, deep meaning and so many beautiful colors that represent the richness of this country.
