Hanami Dango is a Japanese wagashi, a Japanese traditional confectionery. Dumpling made of sweet rice flour.

We enjoy Dango all year around.

Hanami Dango is especially popular during the Cherry blossom / Sakura season.

The colors symbolize the circle of the Sakura tree. The Pink buds, white flowers, and then green leaves.
