“Hi! My name is Tristan and I am 25 years old. I live in Munich. I chose Pasta because I was fascinated about traditional, handcrafted approaches and "soul kitchen" of creating the dish during a visit in Italy. My creative approach was to create not only some food, but also a story behind it. Therefore I tell about an Italian nonna, creating pasta. I think that best food is the food created with soul. In this way, even the most simple dishes can evoke unique taste experiences.
