Hi again! My name is Teodora, and one of definitely my favorite sweets is famous Italian Gelato. Gelato is simply the Italian word for ice cream, but in English, it has come to mean specifically Italian or Italian-style ice cream. Pistachio is one of the most popular Gelato flavors and the secret to making outstanding Pistachio Gelato is to make homemade pistachio paste.
