You order the truck through a dedicated app, then track it in real-time. The system will calculate the approximate time of arrival.
Just put your laundry in a bag or box. No need to sort them, the truck or the laundry base will do it for you.
The truck will send a notification on arrival at your address. You go to it and put the laundry inside through the designated side ports (L1, R2, etc.).
The system issues an available (empty) port to each separate customer. This sorting mechanics provides you with unique entry and ensures proper collection of your own clothes later.
Now you specify the time for receiving your laundry back. The truck sends you a notification once laundry base is ready and suggests a delivery accordingly.
In the meantime, you are back to your business. On truck arrival, collect your laundry. It is ready for use: washed, cleaned, dried, ironed, sorted, even perfumed if that’s your wish.
