Collaboration is one of the most important things that makes a business succeed. The concept is simple and i think it illustrates itself. If you are a member of a team, your idea has better chances growing by developing it with your colleagues.

Very good approach turbion 12. The first image with the shadow is my favorite. You could maybe play around with the positioning of the text and change the light-bulb with a transparent one ( I think it would look better ). *8 for now & good luck!

hi, the English is a bit funny to a native American English speaker. it could say "make your ideas work" or "make your ideas worth more" but not just "make your ideas worth" because "worth" means worth "more" or worth "less"... not sure if i am making sense.
i suggest going with a catchphrase that has more to do with chess. also, i am not sure what the first line means, either. stop being about being a leader... because... why? round this out to give it more sense.

I get what you said with the "worth" sense :) Also the first line is "stop dreaming about being the leader" because I thought that it doesn't matter witch position you have in a company if your idea it's good... Anyway, maybe it's not clear enough

Interesting approach indeed, games, especially when it comes intelligent games like chase,...
Think about: It is not only about teamwork. It also means the collaboration between systems in favor of the customer.
chess is about taking the best out of every piece and combinating them. and those pieces in your images, they have the feeling of people who is discovering things and going ahead. nice idea using the light bulbs, because you give the pieces a human emotion, which is the "eureka!" feeling, but again, the pieces need the others, so it fits well with collaboration issues, 9 points
well, I like playing chess, and I think your idea deserves a better place in the ranking, so... 10points
