3. What is new about your application?
It's an offer for jobaspirants and students to show their real skills in a contest.

4. Further notes about your idea?
the teams are working in a save/restricted area. Intermediate results, grafics, communication is only visible from outside if the team is willing to do this.
Finaly a Jury is announcing the awards.
Not only the members of the winning team will be invited for a jobinterview, outstanding participants from others groups as well.

The tasks of these contests is (like in this competition) to find innovative ideas to solve problems like (for instance) "How to improve the  SocialMediaIntegration better in customerservice X ". Furthermore there will be probably a bunch of intern problems that could be subject of such a task.

Probably It makes sense to arrange the tasks the way that especially applicants of branches the enterprise is looking for are getting involved.

The briefing of contestparticipants ist decisive for the success of the contest.
Beside a global Taskdefinition each targetgroup (physicists,designer...etc) is getting its own briefing.

For a positive perception its important that prices correspond with the effort caused by the task and that there will be enough PR for the awarded teams.
Means there will no measurements to limit the size of the task.
