Hi! My name is Alena Morgunova and I live in Ukraine. I created this pattern inspired with Ukrainian Vyshyvanka - is the colloquial name of the traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirt. Geometric ornaments keeps many secret characters, closely intertwined from Slavic mythology. I selected this pattern because for Ukraine in modern conditions embroidery has taken on special importance in many areas of human life, has become a means of expressing patriotism.
