A painting created by the most famous Dutch flower, the tulip. I am half Dutch and I live in a part of The Netherlands near an area where every spring fields change from a dull green into the most colourful palette you can imagine. I use red and yellow because these colours are a strong contrasting combination. This design is a contribution to the tulip being a beautiful flower in itself and even more mesmerising in large numbers scattered across fields, creating an unforgettable pattern.
